SECRETARIAL SERVICE

According to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32), all Hong Kong companies must appoint a company secretary. If the company secretary is an individual, he/she must mainly reside in Hong Kong. If it is a body corporate, it must have a registered office or a place of business in Hong Kong. If the company has only one director, that director shall not concurrently serve as the company secretary of the company. We can provide solutions to this issue.

Meanwhile, we also provide diversified, reliable company secretarial services at affordable rates.
